Client Guidelines

Pricing Information:
Our online booking system provides starting prices for services. However, please note that the final price may vary depending on several factors, such as the stylist or technician you choose, the length, texture, and density of your hair, or if any color correction is needed. If you have questions about pricing or would like clarification on your service, we encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our professionals. Clients with box-dyed hair are required to schedule a free consultation and strand test prior to their appointment. Please keep in mind that some services, particularly those that involve significant changes or color corrections, may require multiple visits to achieve the desired results.
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy:
Your appointment is very important to us at CJ Beauty Hair Salon. It is reserved especially for you.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late arrivals: Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and may need to reschedule.

Cancellations or No-shows: If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so via your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Photos & Videos:
As a modern and forward-thinking salon, we sometimes may capture photos and videos during your appointment for use in our marketing and social media. If you’d prefer not to have your image taken, simply let your service provider know beforehand. We respect your privacy and will ensure your preferences are followed.
Tipping:
We greatly appreciate your generosity! Tipping can be done in cash or apps like Venmo, paypal or cashapp, zelle. Tips are not included in the cost of your service, and all tips go directly to the service provider. Thank you for your support!
Hair Service Satisfaction:
While we do not offer refunds for hair services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your cut, color, or style, please let us know. We’re happy to offer corrective services within 7 days of your appointment, provided that you reach out to us via email at cjbeautyhairsalon@gmail.com with pictures of your concern. If any additional services are needed to address your concerns, they may incur extra charges. Please remember that changes to your initial service request may also result in additional fees. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with all services. If you feel that you did not achieve the results you were hoping for, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to discuss your concerns and find a solution that works for you.
Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. For the safety of everyone, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments for anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness.
Allergies or Sensitivities
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment (e.g., skin allergies, fragrance sensitivities), please let your service provider know in advance. We want to ensure your experience is safe and enjoyable.
Children & Guests
While we love to see families, we ask that children are supervised at all times to ensure their safety and comfort. As a courtesy to our clients we cannot have children under 5 in our salon due to the chemicals and fumes
Service Upgrades & Changes
If you'd like to make changes or add services to your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can ensure our staff is prepared. We may not always be able to accommodate last-minute changes, but we will do our best!
Service Customization
We strive to customize each service to your preferences. If you have a specific look or treatment in mind, please provide detailed information during your consultation. Clear communication helps us achieve the best results for you!
Respect for Salon Team
We ask that all clients treat our staff with kindness and respect. Disrespectful behavior or language will not be tolerated. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience, and we expect the same courtesy in return.
Parking & Arrival
There is a free parking garage on-site. Please arrive to find parking and check-in for your appointment. Arriving on time ensures you get the full benefit of your scheduled service. We cannot guarantee services will be completed in full for late arrivals.
Payment & Billing
We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment is due at the time of service, and we kindly ask that you settle your balance before leaving the salon.
